You should check this video out. Not because I created it, but because Chuck is a hilarious guy. This is a spoof on the “Trick My Truck” or “Pimp My Ride” shows on CMT & MTV, but using Chuck’s bus with some ridiculous decorations.
We shot this in KC, August 1st when Chuck came through town with the Brad Paisley Party Tour.
For those of you that haven’t heard of Chuck before, he’s a country artist, top 5 single “Stealing Cinderella” and has a current song on the radio called “All I Ever Wanted” that’s getting more airplay in KC recently.
We had a really cool time-lapse shot of the stage going up as well as 3 camera High-Def coverage of the show. If you haven’t seen our other videos we’ve done for Chuck, you can see them on the YouTube site as well – anything that says BackStage Pass with the cool opening grahic, we did. Or the “ChuckTV presents” in the title.
By “we” I mean Ryan and I – I drug Ryan along to help me film – poor guy was surrounded by cute girls by the front of the stage while he filmed the concert. I made up for it by introducing him to Julianne Hough and letting him watch Brad’s show from the front of house audio position. (I think he got over it.)
Unfortunately YouTube really makes the quality of the videos look pretty bad when we filmed them in HD. I may create an HD site on Vimeo in the next few days and post it on there…we’ll see.

This video is the last in a series we did for promoting the tour. We may do some future projects with Chuck as well as some additional country artists in the next couple of months…
